Ms. Rose M. Felix-Guerrero is a native El Pasoan. She has over 25 years of experience in the Education field and was currently named the Campus Director for the David L. Carrasco Job Corps. In 2017, she joined David L. Carrasco Job Corps as the Education and Training Director. Prior to joining Job Corps, she worked as a Center Director for a local non-profit proprietary school. While working at the non-profit proprietary school she served as an Instructor, Admissions, Operations Manager and Financial Aid Officer. She started her career in education as a department secretary in Teacher Education at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and served as the Administrative Assistant in the UTEP Alumni Office. She also worked at the Socorro Independent School District as a paraprofessional in the transportation department.
Ms. Felix-Guerrero was a member of the local Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a board member of SALT, a national financial aid literacy program based in Boston, MA. She also served as the President of the local El Paso Association of Career Schools (EPACS) and was an active member of the Career Colleges and Schools of Texas (CCST) Association.
Ms. Felix-Guerrero attended El Paso Community College and The University of Texas at El Paso. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Phoenix.

Carrasco Job Corps campus is operated under the Aleut-Odle Training & Development (AOTD) – a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved mentor-protégé agreement between Aleut Operations, LLC, a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) program participant and Small Disadvantaged Business, and Odle Management Group, LLC. Together, AOTD specializes in managing Job Corps campuses holistic and comprehensive education, career training and job placement services for young adults between the ages of 16-24.
