To submit a public comment virtually:
Any person wishing to provide a public comment at the meeting should submit their request and contact information to email@example.com no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting to be added to the meeting record. Pre-registered persons providing a public comment must enter the meeting 15minutes (using their registered name) prior to the start time utilizing the meeting link to access the virtual meeting. Participants will be placed in a queue on a first-come, first-served basis. During the meeting, the pre-registered persons wishing to provide a public comment will be notified by an Eckerd Connects staff member when they will be permitted to speak. Each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes for such comments, unless additional time is approved by the Chairman at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Participants must announce their name before speaking.
