Turner Job Corps nurse Clementine Carter has received the National Job Corps Hall of Fame Award for “Staff Motivator of the Year.” Carter has worked at the Turner Job Corps campus for 45 years and her colleagues describe Carter as “the heart and soul of the Turner Job Corps. Carter received her award during U.S. Department of Labor/Job Corps’ 2023 Student Leadership Summit.
