Meet Celissa
Two years ago, Celissa was homeless living in the streets. She was quickly losing hope, sleeping in her car, the shelter, or wherever she could. It was clear she needed to make a change.

The Eckerd Connects staff provided her with caring, loving support, always willing to help in any way. The support Celissa received, gave her the confidence to go on, and the assistance needed to get into her own apartment.

The Brevard program helped her to regain independence, and the determination to break away from the lifestyle she once lived.
Through our Family Support Services, Celissa received money management training, financial assistance, encouragement, and most importantly a support system she can count on!
