From 1988 to 1998, Paul served as a Legal Services Specialist in the U.S. Marine Corps, demonstrating his dedication to upholding the principles of justice and discipline. Following his military service, he pursued higher education at Duquesne University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Leadership from 1999 to 2003. This laid the foundation for his future endeavors in education and leadership.
Paul continued his educational journey at Duquesne University, earning a Master of Education in Secondary Education from 2004 to 2006. This academic achievement showcased his commitment to shaping the minds of the next generation. Building on this, he furthered his studies at Slippery Rock University, specializing in Post-Secondary School Administration with a focus on Principalship, in 2008-2009.
In 2014, Paul Williams brought his wealth of experience and knowledge to the Pittsburgh Job Corps, where he played pivotal roles over the course of a decade. Initially serving as the Work-Based Learning Coordinator in 2014-2015, he facilitated practical and hands-on learning experiences for students. His impact expanded as he took on the role of Business and Community Liaison from 2015 to 2018, fostering crucial connections between the institution and the broader community. Recognizing his leadership skills, he was appointed Social Development Director from 2018 to 2024, contributing significantly to the holistic development of individuals under his care.
In parallel, Paul joined the Denison Job Corps Campus in 2024 as the Campus Director. In this role, he oversees the comprehensive functioning of the campus, ensuring a conducive environment for learning and personal growth. His leadership at Denison reflects his enduring commitment to creating opportunities for individuals to thrive in their educational and vocational pursuits.
