Jim Swann, a Tampa native and Brevard County resident since 1973, in past served as Vice Chair and Chairman of the Board for Eckerd Connects. He is also currently a Board Member and Past Chairman of The Florida Nature Conservancy and Board Member of FBC Bancorp, Inc. Jim earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University and has served on the boards of numerous organizations including the St. Johns River Water Management District, Eckerd College, the Governor’s Commission on the Future of Florida’s Environment and the Board of Directors for Prime Bank/Colonial Bank.
