Jessica Lodermeier serves as Vice President of Operations for Workforce Development at Eckerd Connects, bringing more than 25 years of expertise in creating and implementing robust, results-oriented workforce development programs. In this role, Jessica supports Eckerd Connects’ workforce development, out of school time, summer camp and reentry programs across 10 states, with responsibility for maintaining strong customer relations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, overseeing contract performance and compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Her prior experience includes direct service and management roles focused on supporting individuals and families residing in income-based housing and those transitioning from incarceration. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University.
