Mr. Carl Hilliard has been a proven and experienced Campus Director for over 10 years and has a total of 17 years of Job Corps experience. He has provided excellent leadership to various Job Corps Campus for over 11 years, consistently placing the campus he directed as “Top Performing Campuses” in America.
Mr. Hilliard began his Job Corps career as a Campus Standards Officer and throughout his career in Job Corps, he has performed with high standards in positions such as Deputy Campus Director, Corporate Regional Operations Director, and Executive Director.
Carl has a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from University of Findlay in Ohio.
