Eckerd Connects operates WIOA Youth Programs that are designed to educate, train and support young adults, ages 16 – 24, as they prepare to enter the workforce. Eckerd Connects’ programs offer a variety of services that empower youth to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to qualify for today’s hot jobs.

Our program emphasizes hands-on skill development in all our academic and job training services. Eligible participants receive all of our services and support free of charge, but it requires a lot of motivation and hard work to succeed!

Participants are matched with a Career Coach who will assess your interests, needs and skill levels throughout the program. These assessments are used to develop your customized pathway to employment.
