The Paul Simon Chicago Job Corps campus is operated under the Aleut-Odle Training & Development (AOTD) – a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved mentor-protégé agreement between Aleut Operations, LLC, a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) program participant and Small Disadvantaged Business, and Eckerd Connects. Together, AOTD specializes in managing Job Corps campuses holistic and comprehensive education, career training and job placement services for young adults between the ages of 16-24.
