V. Raymond Ferrara, CFP, Chair, CEO, and CCO at ProVise Management Group in Clearwater received Honorable Mention in the 14th Annual Invest in Others Awards for his philanthropic contributions to Eckerd Connects.

The Invest in Others Charitable Foundation established its awards program to recognize the charitable work of financial advisors in communities across the country and around the world.

Ferrara’s nomination was based on leadership, dedication, contribution, inspiration, and impact. He has been an active participant in multiple community initiatives for positive change and demonstrated an entrepreneurial vision for the nonprofit—elements at the heart of the Catalyst Award.

The Invest in Others Awards will be presented digitally this year from Monday, September 21 to Friday, September 25. One video awards presentation will be unveiled daily on investinothers.org at 4:45 pm ET in the following categories: Catalyst, Community Service, Global Impact, Volunteer of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement.
