Our Potomac Job Corps Culinary Arts students had the opportunity of a lifetime yesterday: they prepared lunch for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Hall of Honor Luncheon.

40 students from several campuses and 4 chefs collaborated to serve hundreds of guests and were featured in the news for their remarkable success – both in the kitchen and on the path to a brighter future.
