Foster Children Find Homes With Tampa Families

Normally, adoptions are considered personal and are handled in a private manner.  However, on November 15th, was Hillsborough National Adoption Day.

On that day, the children, their prospective families, invited guest and the media gathered at the George Edgecomb Courthouse for the official adoption ceremony.
