Eckerd Connects Statement on Open Meetings

Eckerd Connects is 100 percent dedicated to the safety and well-being of the children, young adults and families in need of our support.

We are currently in the process of conducting assessments of our processes and relationships with the child welfare agencies who act as partners in our important work.  We welcome public involvement in that process.  That’s why on February 27, we held two publicly noticed meetings for our child welfare lead-agencies in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough.  The public and media were notified and attended.  You can view the video recording of the Hillsborough meeting by clicking on this link:  https://youtu.be/6EiSD09pOYQ

It should be noted, however, that Eckerd Connects is a private company and today’s meeting of the full Eckerd Connects Board was not a public meeting.
