Davis, Silver Named Finalist for Children’s Hero Awards

Two people from Lincoln County, North Carolina have been chosen as finalists for 2015 Children’s Heroes of the Year awards benefiting Eckerd. These awards recognize those unsung heroes who have had a profound and positive impact on the lives of children in the Charlotte area and other locations Eckerd serves, donating their time, talent and treasure.

The two finalist from Lincoln County are Bob Silver, a former school board member who is currently a board member of the East Lincoln Betterment Association, and Cathy Davis, Director of the Lincoln Cultural Center and a school board member.
