Adoption Ceremony Touts the Ties that Bind

On Friday, November 14th parents and children gathered at the Pinellas County Justice Center to finalize their adoptions. The ceremony was in conjunction with National Adoption Day, which celebrates families who have adopted children and encourages others to do so.
