A New Perspective. A Bright Future

Happy Friday Eve Village! It has been a while, hasn’t it?

Those who follow Project Bridge know that we are driven by an unwavering desire to positively influence our youth and the families we serve. Change is hard, but there is NOTHING more powerful than “I can’t” turning into  “I can.”

However, change is not limited to just our youth. It is also something our amazing staff and leadership team embrace on a daily basis. One such change will be effective 9-4 when Program Manager Alysia Franks takes over as Transition Director for Project Bridge Central.

Those I am close with, and those who connect from afar, understand how important this program and the kids we serve are. I assure you that if Alysia was not ready to take this program to the next level of innovation and growth, this communication would not be going out. Alysia is driven, solution focused, client centered, strength based and fun. She understands the big picture while ensuring she doesn’t undervalue the little things. With the help of her leadership team and the passionate staff in the field, Project Bridge youth are in the best of hands.

Finally, I leave you with one of my favorite quotes:

“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.”
― Mother Teresa

Village, there is no doubt that we created change together. I look forward to observing you, Alysia and her team continue to “create ripples of change” for our clients and families across Central Florida. Have an amazing week.
