5 Turner Job Corps students get job offers from Ingalls Industries
We are thrilled to share that our students have been featured in the Albany Herald for their outstanding success at the Huntington Ingalls shipbuilding hiring event.
Of the 12 students who attended the event, five received job offers to join Huntington Ingalls Industries, a leading builder of U.S. Navy and Coast Guard ships. This achievement highlights the dedication of our students and the impact of our hands-on training programs in welding, electrical, heavy equipment, and plumbing.
Turner Job Corps Director Nathaniel Cooper shared his pride:
“They work hard every day, demonstrating the skills, determination, and professionalism that make them stand out.”
Congratulations to our students for reaching this incredible milestone and thank you to everyone who supports their journey to success!
