Ryan heard about our program from his brother, who had also taken part in our young adult services. Ryan had minimal work experience and had not yet completed his High School Diploma. He was ready to take the steps towards his future and enrolled.
Upon enrollment, he successfully completed his Develop U Work Readiness Training course, and he got the AHLEI Certified Maintenance Employee credential. He was then approved to work towards his Penn Foster High School diploma. Ryan worked diligently and had perfect attendance. He successfully completed his diploma with a 3.4 GPA!! He then started a Paid Work Experience training with Solar Lights and More. He shined during his training and was offered employment at the conclusion of his training. He is now working part-time with plans of pursuing a career in nursing.
