Congrats to Justine Allende! His participation in the Pre-Apprenticeship program with CareerSource Research Coast Youth Connections has been productive. In just this last week in the program, not only did he earn his GED diploma, he is finishing his 12 week internship with Larry Neese, LLC, AND HE WAS HIRED! Justine is just one example of how hard work and determination will pay off!

What would you say are the program strengths: I think the enthusiasm of the youths and their coaches has been very unique, it allows us to help groom them for our company or even a further career elsewhere. The education that they are receiving I can see has them prepared for the tasks of a trade workplace.
