Our Services

Services are delivered across Florida’s Brevard, Osceola, Citrus, Hillsborough, Volusia, Flagler, and Putnam Counties and in 3 regions in Louisiana (Alexandria, Lafayette, and New Orleans) through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local agencies.

Family Support Services
Rapid re-housing, eviction prevention, and case management for families at risk of homelessness
Parenting Education Program
A 9-week course for parents in recovery, focused on strengthening bonds and improving parenting skills
Prevention Services
Evidence-based substance misuse prevention for grades 3–12, offered in individual, group, and classroom settings

Our holistic approach ensures families and youth receive the right support at the right time—whether it’s keeping a roof overhead, breaking the cycle of addiction, or helping students resist peer pressure. Prevention & Family Services is unique because it:

  • Combines housing stability services with prevention programming
  • Works directly in schools and classrooms to reach youth early on
  • Partners with local law enforcement, school districts, and community organizations to maximize impact
  • Provides both immediate crisis assistance and long-term family education

Community Impact

  • 400+ families served annually
  • 4,273 youth reached through prevention programming
  • 35 dedicated staff delivering support
  • 200 families received housing assistance in FY24
  • 2,800 youth participated in prevention services to build resilience
  • 82 parents completed the Parenting Education Program to support recovery and parenting growth
  • 14 schools and 2 school districts partner with us to reduce youth substance misuse
