Through private-public partnerships, North Carolina children and families are provided the best support services possible in order to ensure successful and lasting adoptions.

Eckerd has been providing services in North Carolina since 1977 with individualized treatment plans that include wrap-around services, evidence-based interventions, and family support through a network of community resources designed to strengthen the family unit and promote eventual self-sufficiency.
