Non-Profit Rewards Palmetto Teen

Kashley Sonnier, a sixteen-year old in Palmetto, LA entered the Eckerd Wraparound program in May of 2015, because she had been struggling with behavioral issues.  They were able to provide the teen with a newly decorated bedroom. The youth chose Hello Kitty bedding, lime green curtains and baby blue paint for her walls.

“It’s saying when you come in here this is a visual reminder for you as far as the progress you’ve made,” said Mary Kibodeaux, the wraparound facilitator.
