Mr. Tom Mattingly is a member of Odle Corporate Team as Manager, Administration Support. He is responsible for coordinating the company’s procurement and property needs.

Mr. Mattingly has over 30 years of Government and Job Corps experience in the areas of Finance, Procurement and Property Management. Twelve (12) years of his 30 years of experience were spent at Job Corps Campuses  as Property Manager, Procurement Manager, Finance Manager and Finance and Administration Director.
