Mr. Tim Foley is Odle Management’s Director of Administration and Workforce Development. He has over 15 years of Job Corps experience in progressively-responsible positions to include
the position of Center Director at the Little Rock Job Corps Center in Arkansas from 2001 to 2004.
In subsequent years with Job Corps, he has distinguished himself in positions such as Manager of MIS-Technical Support and Training, and advanced to the position of Programs Director at the
Montgomery Job Corps Center from 1997 to 1999.
During the last several years of his career, he has held the positions of Project Director in a number of Workforce Board Areas in the state of Texas, and as an Operational Director for
Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Austin, Texas and Santee-Lynches in South Carolina.
Mr. Foley has completed four years of college in Business Management from the University of Redlands in California.
