Nicole Stroebel


Nicole has over 30 years of combined experience working in both the nonprofit and public accounting environments. She currently oversees a staff of 30 employees and is responsible for the Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Facilities and Contracts functions. For the past 16 years, Nicole has coordinated the organization’s budget development for over 35 diverse programs with revenues in excess of $140M. She has also been primarily responsible for the external financial and compliance audits consistently achieving an unqualified opinion. Over the past 5 years, Nicole has worked with leadership to implement cost saving strategies that reduced administrative expenses by over 10%. She is currently working with leadership to coordinate offering Eckerd Connects’ administrative services (accounting, auditing, training, records management, proposal writing, etc.) to other smaller non-profit organizations and agencies. Nicole has a full command of all financial disciplines combined with absolute integrity, a strong work ethic and a collaborative nature.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and is Certified Public Accountant. Prior to her career at Eckerd Connects, Nicole was a Senior Accountant for Harper, Vanscoik & Company in Clearwater, Florida, a Senior Accountant at Hacker, Johnson, Cohen & Grieb in Tampa, Florida and a Senior Accountant at Rehmann, Robson & Company in Saginaw, Michigan.
