What is the interview process?

Interviews will start the week of March 28th, 2022. Those who have applied will be notified to schedule a virtual or in-person interview following CDC guidelines. You may apply for more than one listed available  position.  If offered a position you will receive  a formal offer sent to the email you provided during the application process and you will be required  to pass a background screen and drug test.  The forms or links will be provided to you with 24 hours of your returned signed offer letter.

What happens to my benefits?

For full-time employees, you will be offered a comprehensive health care solution, paid time off, and other benefits which are outlined in our benefit manual which you receive at the time of employment offer. Benefits would begin day one of employment which is May 1st, 2022

When will onboarding and training occur?

Onboarding will be occurring during the month of April 2022 and organizational training will begin in May of 2022.

Which company do I apply through for a position, Aleut or Odle?

Given that we are a joint venture, some positions will be hired by Aleut and some positions will be hired by Odle. If you do not see your current position, it may be titled differently.
