San Joaquin County’s WorkNet workforce board has partnered with Eckerd Connects’ Workforce Development to provide young adults ages 16-24 with an opportunity to obtain employment and pursue industry-recognized certifications which align with the Workforce Innovation and opportunity Act (WIOA).
