Eckerd Connects’ Workforce Development aligns with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) through partnerships and strategies to provide career pathways and supportive services needed for adults and dislocated workers. Training services include occupational skills training, customized training, on-the-job training, incumbent worker training, and transitional employment opportunities. We establish and develop relationships and networks with large and small employers and their intermediaries as well as develop, convene, or implement industry or sector partnerships.

WHO QUALIFIES?
All adults and dislocated workers, 18 years and older, are eligible for career services and may qualify for additional services based on program eligibility.
