The team at Eckerd Connects supports job seekers with a variety of employment services, including job searching, application assistance, On-the-Job Training and hands on training. The goal is to prepare each job seeker with skills that qualify them for full time, self-sufficient employment.

Career Exploration & Assessments – Our Career Coach team stays current with Labor Market and regional talent demand to help inform job seekers of high demand, high wage occupations. The Career Coach team uses a variety of career assessments to match job seekers interests and aptitudes with a career with a sustainable future.

Education and Workforce Training – If you are contemplating a career change, or need additional training, the WIOA program offers employment and training services. Job Seekers benefit from free classroom training that leads to state and national industry credentials.

On-The-Job Training (OJT) – A method of providing individualized occupational skills training for WIOA eligible customers. OJT’s objective is to assist businesses to provide training in demand occupations that meet the needs of the employer. The goal of the OJT program is to place participants in occupations that will enhance their prospects for long-term employment.
