What is the interview process?
Interviews will start the week of 5-8-23 and will be conducted both in-person and virtual. You are encouraged to apply for your current position. If you don’t see your exact position listed, please look for a similar job through the job descriptions that are posted along with the position title. If offered a position you will receive a formal offer sent to the email you provided during the application process and you will be required to pass a background screen and drug test. The forms or links will be provided to you with 24 hours of your returned signed offer letter. Please apply as follows:
CLS: Center Director, Wellness, Safety and Transportation, Human Resources, Social Development and Recreation.
Odle: Finance, Food Services, Facility Maintenance, Academies, Career Technical Training and Outreach/ Career Transitions.
What happens to my benefits?
For full-time employees, you will be offered a comprehensive health care solution, paid time off, and other benefits which are outlined in our benefit manual which you receive at the time of employment offer. Benefits would begin day one of employment which is June 1st, 2023. In addition, all Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements apply and will be reviewed during the onboarding process for those positions which qualify for SCA.
When will onboarding and training occur?
Onboarding will be occurring during the month of May 2023 and organizational training will begin in June of 2023.
