Eckerd Connects believes “our business” is the community’s business. To that end, we have instituted a communication strategy that features weekly performance data reports to ensure transparency and accountability. Each week, community stakeholders receive a data packet outlining the most current contract and system of care performance outcomes – and weekly, conference calls are held to discuss the data.
Weekly Data ReportsIn order to provide the highest level of transparency and community engagement possible, all Board Meetings of Eckerd Community Alternatives are open to the public.
